Wishing all of you a wonderful Christmas, readers. I hope you enjoy this video. Please reach out to strangers over the holidays . . . those of us who have left a faith community know that the holidays can be a lonely time, and the smallest of gestures can be an enormous comfort. Be well.
Troll here.
ReplyDeleteFresh deer tracks in my back yard
this morning ! Not an unusual
sight here.
But were they Santa's reindeer ?
Sadly he left no presents.
I must of been naughty . :)
Happy New Year !
I cannot view "recent comments" on the blog. Is there something I need to do on the receiving end?
ReplyDeleteHope all had a wonderful Christmas Eve. We are enjoying a beautiful, very snowy and marvelous Christmas Day.
Vanhapiika
I'm jealous, Troll and Vanhapiika. There is no snow here in Seattle! We'll have to drive up to the mountains to try out our new sleds.
ReplyDeleteLLLreader to Vanhapiika--(your name makes me laugh-wish you would write more often). But anyway, the recent comments hasn't been showing up for me either. I clicked on it a couple of times and comments showed up in a different format. Hope everyone had a great Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Free, I can now see the recent comments. However, they are indeed in a different form than before. There is no indication about which thread the comment refers to, and all apostrophes show as: '. I can live with it, but I wonder if there is a way to return to the "olden days".
ReplyDeleteTo LLLreader: I write when I have the time but I always keep up with this blog. Isn't it great? (Did my apostrophe survive intact?)
Tomte, are you there? Hope you had a restful holiday with your lovely family. We miss you! The "recent comments" column misses you, too. Just sayin'
ReplyDeleteI'll see what I can do. It looks like I lost the web-host where the comments script used to be located.
